Saturday 7:00am: 60min swim, 55min cycle, 50min run at Birkenhead (winter)
8:15am: 60min swim, 50min cycle, 30min run at Birkenhead (winter)
7:00am: 60min swim, 60-120min cycle, 50min run at Takapuna (summer)
Sunday 6:45am Albany Hill cycle - race pace for novices
7:00am Albany Hill cycle and "Kumeu Cup"
7:05am Albany Hill cycle - Albany roosters (early slow bunch)
8:00am Sunset Road cycle


Summer training sessions take place from the 1st of November to the 31st of April.
Winter training sessions take place from the 1st of May to the 31st of October.
"Birkenhead" training sessions will take place at Birkenhead Pool and Leisure Center, 46 Mahara Ave, Birkenhead, Auckland 0626.
"Takapuna" training sessions will take place at Takapuna Boating Club Inc, 39 The Strand, Takapuna Beach 0622.
